use premium. if you're too cheap or can't afford the extra 3 dollar a tank, you shouldn't have gotten a car that calls for it.

if you are using regular, hope you never really drive the car hard. but yea, should be using premium. you CAN use lower grade gas, but you really shouldn't.

Regular is bad for your car. Only use premium.

If you can always use premium. You may not notice any difference now but eventually it'll catch up to you.

Laredo Texas, fun place to visit

you're leaving yourself open to getting knock...the car has an octane sensor so it can retard the timing but there's a reason the car is supposed to get 91 or higher...

Use premium you won't regret it. Use regular and youll be kickin yourself for bein to cheap. 20 or 30 cents more. Your talkin a little over 3 dollars more to be safe and keep your car in good condition.

It has nothing to do with "POWER"

It has to do with what the engine is designed to use..

yes regular is bad.
yes you should have been using premium every single fill from the beginning.

Yes it will probably bog if you go back to regular.
yes there is a power difference to using premium.

You car is also going to knock itself to death if you keep using that cheap fuel.

premium isnt optional for the cobalt SS.
its a requirement.

no i cant but you can you see my motor actually has an octane warning and produces alot of power to which i need to use 91 as well its tuned for it

You should fill up your tank with premium and then drive it home and disconnect the battery for at least an hour. That will reset all the tuning (de-tuning) adjustments your car has made to itself from using 87 octane.

I guarantee the next time you drive your car you will be able to tell the difference.
