Phone on radio display

There is a phone icon on my radio display...it has killed my battery i charged the battery and now when i have the auto light feature on if i turn off the fog lights the radio turns off and the phone shows up. when the car is shut off the phone shows up and you can hear static through the speakers, what the hell is it, i dont have onstar and i dont think our radios are bluetooth compatible, what the hell is going on?

It's there for onstar. Sounds like maybe something electrical got screwed up in your radio.

Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. Otherwise I'd say you've tweaked something in the electrical system and fried the radio.

see thats the thing though i dont drive the car often, i got my windows tinted a week ago, i noticed it was on a different station, i go to start the car and it wont start, covered in ice, i waited til today to clean it off, finally got it started and the phone icon shows up.

i disconnected the battery and reconnected it after about 5 minutes, the phone icon is still there, so i unplugged the battery again and i'll let it sit for a little i guess, but has this happened to anyone else?

anyone?
