Problems with Brakes and Exhaust on Sedan
Problems with Brakes and Exhaust on Sedan
Took my car to the dealership Thursday and drop it off for service related to two things.
1. The E-Brake light on the center console would randomly come on and off while driving
2. The Exhaust seemed like it had a leak where the pipe connects to the muffler chamber.
Well the first issue found out had a bulletin to fix this so they re-flashed the computer and instated this fix. No more dummy brake light issue issue. yay!
The second one they said the cobalts utilize a new feature that drains the condensation before it enters the muffler chamber to prolong the muffler from rotting from the inside out from moisture. It was annoying because whenever the moisture existed before meeting the muffler it looked like smoke was coming out of the tail pipe and at the beginning of the muffler. They said not to worry so I am cool with that for now.
Just thought I'd share. They gave me a cobalt rental that I dropped off which sucked because it was so basic, crank windows, cloth seats that looked someone drop a load on them and wreaked of cig smoke...
