Anyone know where i can get a used trans for a 2.0 ss?

Anyone know where i can get a used trans for a 2.0 ss?

I blew my trans 2 days ago and im trying to find a used one to put in it. Im tired of dumping money in to this car cause **** breaks all the time.

lol hear ya. have you tried junk yards? I've seen several members get em pretty cheap from 'balts that have seen better days.

regular ones are all over the place, but the LSD ones are a bitch to find. Trust me as I've had to locate 2 of them already. Turning off torque management is a bad thing!

actualy the f23 has been well proven to hold the power. a cavalier f23 wont work, they do not have the holes for the top tranny mount. a cobalt f23 from a 2.2/2.4 may work, but i couldnt tell you what issues you may run into.
