pcmforless or vector motorsports

im trying to decide which one would do a better job for boost tuning...i know vector has tuned before....but they lock their tunes and ive heard they use ls2 edit...and know what happened with that and celica...so should i take to pcmforless instead...who has access to hptuners? and has actually tuned a boosted 2.4 kappa (sadly not a balt)..and i think a couple others...who should i go with?

Is there nobody locally that can tune it at their shop?

You would have a much better result with an in car custom tune.

he used ls2 edit and i dont really think he had any tuners that actually new what they were doing...ls2 edit was the biggest problem

Yea I am going to the one in mooresville, NC which is only like 35 miles from me. He had tuned my car before but I was in Iraq when he did that, so I am not sure what he changed, my dad took it.

I havnt had him tune it at all yet with the turbo swap done, I am running right now on the tune from Rebel, but he did tell me its gonna take him a few days to do the tune because he wants time so he can get the best tune he can on it by doing some tuning on the road and then putting it up on the dyno.

well i did...but i didnt get alvin...i would really truely appreciate it if you could ask him those few questions..i dont really want to go to vector as the owner im guessing came off as sort of an ass...and he also uses ls2 edit....could you do a review of them once you do get it tuned there though?

^^Agreed. Doc will not steer you wrong. If he doesn't respond though, he may not be open to public tuning.
