Well as some of you know i was screwed out off 3600 from cobalt performance parts. I finally got all my money back after 3 months. I am ordering the Garrett alpha turbo kit yet again, but this time from Turbobygarret.com directly. Well it directs me to a site to order it from but that must mean there part of garrett. little bit more pricey but i know i will not be screwed out of my money i hope. I do not plan on installing this kit till march after my car inspection. Please leave your comments

im guessing some kind of smog or emissions thing

 

ya state emissions inspection

illegal to drive without it, that is, when you get pulled over

 

ida bought from hahn...they were the cheapest dealer of the garrett kit last time i checked, and hahn is a pretty reputable company

NH has yearly state inspection and also emmision testing. If i do it after mine, i have a year to find someone to give me one for a few extra bucks :P
