Whats Good Exhaust Setup?

Whats a good exhaust setup? I don't want something that is going to be blowing valves, or anything.
I am thinking a CA header, XTC 3in downpipe(possiblly to much flow) or a reg downpipe with HFCAT and a Vibrant 3in exhaust(possibly to much flow) or GM sport exhaust.
I know on some cars having to much flow in the exhaust can cause engine damage so whats a good exhaust that i wont have to worry about.. Loudness is not an issue...

I have the Vibrant long tube header/ down pipe combo and the ARK N2 catback exhaust and i love the way it sounds. It's definitely loud, but i think in a very good way. I couldn't be happier with my setup.
