I'm not sure what rims to get... I might go with Rial Nogara but idk. Any suggestions would be great. NO CHROME

 

Yeah it would look nice. Definetely don't get chrome with a sliver car.

All your taste is in your mouth if you think chrome looks bad on a silver car. So I guess I have not options to tell you.

 

Silver Motegi DP20's... inexpensive with a really classy look.

 

I just ordered some Voxx Mozas..Not my first choice, but they look pretty nice. Getting them for 1160 w/ tire incl tax brand new, so it sounds pretty good to me. Still might look around, havent given discount any money but I guess hes gonna have em shipped here from az to see if I like em. The guy helped me out a lot, he had a sweet Monte SS. Anyways my car is silver too..just an idea.

 

First off, let me say you might wanna re-consider a different wheel besides the Rial Nogaro. A LOT of people on here have the Nogaros......Rangerondubz, Mscobaltss, that black G5 wi/ the bodykit, the red SS/SC that the guy that also has that hooked up Cavalier, there's a wingless blue SS/SC on here with them.....anywho point is a lot of Cobalt owners have them. Also, unless you want a 17" wheel, your only color option is gonna be silver. The black/polished Nogaros only come in 17" for our cars (damn 5x110 bolt pattern), and the silver Nogaros come in 18"-19".

Now to the question. In this day in age, you can pull of any color wheel on any color car. Take the Honda camp for example.....they throw lime green wheels on pink cars, red wheels on gold car, bronze wheels on purple cars......they do it all. And now colored lips are becoming a big thing, so its not uncommon to see a car w/ a colored lip that matches the car's paint.

Now, you have a silver car, which makes life easy. Any color wheel will contrast a silver car nicely IMO. Hell you could do gold (Maxxim Grips), bronze (Enkei RS5s), silver, chrome, solid black, gunmetal, black/polished lip.....etc etc....the possibilities are endless for a basic colored car. I'd reccomend gold honestly. Its never been done on a silver Cobalt. Its been on other car (I've seen a handful of Hondas, a few Lexus's, some Supras) with gold on silver and it looks hot. But that's just my opinion. Like I said, you'll be fine no matter what color choice you go with, so just find something you like and go with it.
