i have both downpipe and the lsj cat back but i had to cut it to get it off.

 

My shop is located in flower mound, TX. I have the factory cat-back exhaust with the resonator. It has not been cut. You can pick it up for $100 if interested. It came off of a friends 07 ss/sc and only had about 6000 miles on it at the time.
