Hey, I snapped the black shifter cable about two weeks ago on my car and just installed another one and it still doesn't want to shift. It seems as though it is locked out of all the gears. When it initially broke it was stuck in second gear, but a friend of mine switched the position of the two armatures on the tranny so now I don't know what spot it is in.



Also, the black cable attaches to the armature on the tire-side of the car and the white on the inside one right?


I really need the help so super thanks to those who help.
