loud brakes in cold weather

does anyone else have this

when the car is cold in cold weather backing out of the driveway your rear brakes hum periodically, doesnt happen when going forwards only backwards, and goes away once the brakes warm up.

adjust the rear drums so they just barely drag when yoou spin the drum

remove wheel and drum, turn starwheel to adjustt the shoes, put drum back on spin and repeat as needed
