Dynoed my Camaro...

I went to a Dyno Day on Saturday over at my friend's new shop down here on LI. Kaltech Performance. It was a fun day. Good times and good people. Anyway, i wanted to get a baseline on my car because i am finally beginning the modding process on the Camaro. The only modifications the car has now are an SLP Loudmouth Cat-Back and an MTI Lid. The dyno itself is a brand new Mustang Dynamometer. The numbers are corrected for STP. I was actually fairly impressed with the results seeing as how it is a Mustang dyno. The car put down a solid 319 RWHP and 340 RWTQ through a T56. Not bad in my eyes for a pretty much stock LS1 car. Next up are my Longtubes and some more bolt-ons. I can't wait.
Here is the graph...

Those are some nice numbers. His dyno might read a little high though. Its a good starting point to see what the mods get ya.

Nice numbers man! I wish I would have gotten a baseline of my car before I started the modding.

I ended up getting out of work pretty late on saturday so there was no chance of me making it out there. We gotta setup another on though, after I get the new clutch in of course.

whooooaaa. huge HUGE misconception there. He could very well be making more on this specific mustang dyno than on your average dynojet. and this is corrected to stp. Nice numbers either way, but don't just make assumptions like that, that's what gives bad reputations.

It was actually colder in the shop than stp. Uncorrected i made 324/348. Either way they are just numbers and a nice baseline for me to build on. I'm happy nonetheless.
