Competition Cams 2.2L 02-06

Hello,

I wanted to know if these cams would work in the 2007 2.2L and if and other modification would be required for them to work without destroying my engine, or on a lighter note, throwing a cel.

Thanks.

For now. No one makes a production drop in cam for that specific engine so you would have to settle for base circle or weld up regrinds.

not sure bout how much of a gain you'll get wit the 2.2 but you really cant take advantage of what you do get from it unless you get a piggy or stand alone cuz thats the only way to tune and raise or eliminate the rev limiters to get the full effect or addin cams..

yeah, true, but according to GM they can put on their performance camshafts for any of the cobalt series....of course that means 4 days of labour and another $100 ofr PCM reprogramming
