ive got everything off except for the intake manifold. hoses are disconnected and all the attachments. i unscrewed the 5 bolts and 2 nuts on the manifold. it seems loose but i cant seem to pull it off... any tips

Theres a pain in the ass long bolt in the very back of the manifold thats really hard to get to. You can't even really see it. You gotta kinda feel around for it and hope that god doesn't hate you too much..

its off now i need to figure out how to get the core out to turn them around

 

i bet that's a pain doing all this crap by yourself

 

its not to bad, as long as i can remember how to put everything back together

 

Use your fingers and wiggle the first CM out. Then the core needs to be pulled straight out so you don't ruin it. If you are having troubles breaking them out, use a rag and a pair of pliars so you don't damage the core. Once agan be gentle and pull striaght out. Easy days.
