Take a look at my dyno graph

Mind you i have a horrid slipping clutch which you can see in the graph where it dips but im fairly new to this how does my A/F look? I was told it has a Lean pop? I'd imgine with a new clutch to fix the slippage it may be better? Comments please

The a/f does seem a little high just before 4 grand to just after 5K.

A new clutch will definately help your mid-range out.

Nice #s.

that's not bad for a 2.2L N/A and turbocharged after words.

Car needs to be tweaked a bit though. Looks good.

nice power.

I dont confess to being any tuning pro....but i dunno about running 13.5 until 4500...
seems pretty lean for a turboed car.

It seems to me that everyone who upgrades power runs in to getting a new clutch so i guess you might as well purchase a clutch and flywheel just makes sense

Looks lean to me . I'd guess you would want 11.5 or 12 to 1 to be nice and safe . How much boost are you running ? Any knock ?

Should be 11.5-12.0 when going wot. That is pretty lean. I would fix that asap.

Looks good!

Won't be able to analyze air/fuel too much without an EGT while on the dyno. A low 12 a/f is probably a sweet spot to run the most amount of timing without drowning the rings in fuel. If its a reflash (Garrett I'm guessing?) and not a dyno tune I wouldn't modify it too much without the appropriate tools.

When you get a new clutch you have to either get a new flywheel or have the old one resurfaced. It is better to just get a new one...maybe a lightened one for some faster revs!

Oh and your air/fuel is wrong. You should not be leaning out at the top of your RPM's. That is when your turbo should be pushing high boost. Slightly richer is always the safest way to go with a self tune if you are not sure. Fixing a slipping clutch will do nothing for your A/F ratio.

You have to get stocker resurfaced then by a GOOD machine shop. After you get a price quote you will probably rather just buy a new one. DO NOT put in a new clutch unless you do something with the flywheel. Ask any mechanic or machine shop about that!

whem my clutch slips, i drop some RPMS before it catchs and goes again. A new clutch will def. help my a/f stay more steady. Its a canned tuned developed by garrett and SCT for over 2 years. This tune is as safe as can be.

I know you really cant get a custom tune.... But no canned tune is better then a custom one.

if your flywheel isn't matched w/ your clutch it basically renders you clutch useless because the friction plate might slip. Since you have a street app you should be ok....for now...after a while especially under heavy loads your clutch is going to eat up your flywheel.

Then after a while your going to shift gears and hear the engine rev but no movement in the tranny. either at all or a lag until the friction plate catches

A canned tune can only be tested in one enviorment not all. That tune could have been put together on a 100* day and if your driving in 10* weather it will have a significant effect on your afr
