door pillar vinyl bubbling/peeling

hey guys my door pillar vinyl is kinda bubbling and peeling, my car is goin in monday for the idling issue, do you think i should point this out to them so they can repalce it and seal it better or just take em off competely??

If you mean the colored insert, yes.
Mine came with a bubble, and they replaced it with a new panel - but they have to order it from GM in

depends...its there for fingerprints ...I dont mind its look but if you dont care about fingerprints take it off (unless you like how it looks)

I say go for it then ....as a fingerprint guard I guess it works ..but if you think it looks better without it that’s really more important ..as long as you don’t lose your hair over a few fingers on the door

Good point, whats the best method for removing it, just start peelin it away slowly i guess??
then bust out the goo gone for any left over residue?

some heat (hairdryer) will make the job alot smoother you might want to grab a beer too ..that usually helps me
