sunroof switch/bezel advice

Hi there,

I am taking in my cobalt this afternoon to have the switch and bezel looked at as the bezel wont clip on and the switch went up into the headliner..

I know it should be a warrantied repair but if they bring up a charge for "diagnosis" or anything of the like, what should I do about it?

From what I was told, parts + labour are covered if its a warrantied repair...

Matt

I had to have my switch and bezel replaced 4 times. It hasn't fallen out for a while now finally.

I just had my bezel and switch and retainer replaced as per the TSB

So far it seems to be in there REAL good now and the switch feels solidly snapped in

And I got a free wash out of the deal warranty rules...

I've never had it happen, but I have fixed one at my shop.

I had it happen. There is a HOW TO in the how to section that illustrates what should be done to make sure it never falls again.
