So what coolant is used for our super chargers? the HE and crap. I am thining of testing out adding water wetter but only if its a Glycol based coolant, 8 degrees IAC decrease would be nice.

 

Dexcool coolant...also u can add a cup of water into the bottle neck by the charger to make sure its full

 

i'm using water wetter and it seems to work great. however, thats all i've ever used since my car didnt come stock with the supercharger lol.

 

regular coolant works perfect 4 me...

anyways if we have meets its usually during the summer nights up by woodfield mall parking lot...sometimes we get about 12 balts or so,also there will be a huge meet at lattof chevy in arlington heights this year,so keep an eye out

true,but on the other thread,it doesnt seem like ced can host the meet in there shop,so that might be a little problem,or am i miss-understanding it

 

Awesome sounds good I used to go up there a long time ago when I had my Silvia.

Just ordered Stage II kit today and soon to be ordering the HRC exhaust. Also have the 3" thorrtle body just waiting to set-up a tune for the mods after S2 gets installed, hopefully il see you in the summer!.

 

i added some redline water wetter, didnt really notice any difference
