every so often when im driving the brake light comes on for a split second so i look down and the e-brake is all the way down

if u take the cover off where the e brake is, there is a metal tab tht hits the ebrake when u pull it up, push it down a little bit and u should have tht problem, its just touching while ur driving. i think
