I've searched and didn't find a thread on this , but is it possible to use a new coupe trunk and bumper to get those lights that way? I'd love to try this conversion, if anyone knows if it will fit I'll surely try it.

 

Impossible without a LOT of work.

It may not look like it, but the coupe is a very different car

Yeah, the coupe is actually shorter, and if you look at the rear windshield between the coupe and sedan you will see the drastic differences

 

I live in a town of 300 poeple, and I'm the only cobalt in town, so I mean, haha, it's hard to tell what I can and can't do with it.

 

Would be an interesting project, find a wiped front end coup and a rear ended sedan then swap rear clips... That would be something'... can't imagine the work involved tho...

 

I mean you could swap the tail lights and custom fab the trunk lights into a sedan trunk. But the coupe trunk wont fit onto a sedan without MAJOR work, and I don't know if the coupe's rear bumper will bolt on to a sedan, so you'd have to somehow modify the sedan bumper to make the coupe tails look right
