Adding injectors to your Psi-Fi kit will do nothing.

You must absolutely ask him at what exact pressure this is rated (43,5 PSI or 50 PSI or 55 PSI).

Thanks !!!

Thanks !!!

I bet it's 4 bar or 60 PSI like the LS2 fuel system.

I have looked around and it seems they are rated for either 3 or 4 bar fuel pressure. Since it's for the LSJ and we have a 4 bar fuel pressure I would say it's for 4 bars.

But yeah make sure you ask this cause it makes a huge difference.

what is the purpose of a 3 or 4 bar sensor? I know my brother had to change his out on his srt4 when he started upgrading.

its so they can read higher boost levels.

One bar is used for NA engines. It can only read 14.7 total psi (the atmosphere is 14.7 psi so it technically cant read boost). A two bar reads up to 29.4 psi (14.7 atmospherical pressure and up to 14.7 boost pressure), and three bar reads up to 44.1 total psi (14.7 atmospherical pressure and 29.4 boost pressure).

although this is only on your map sensor and has nothing to do with the actual fuel system, just how much fuel to add...

Stage 1 and 2 injectors (5,3 gm/s) = 42,0 lb/hr (440 cc/min)
These numbers are correct. To convert from S.A.E. to metric units, just divide by 0.126. Also, these numbers are based on the industry standard of 43.5 psi (even though Ecotec fuel system pressure is much higher).

I jsut got this in email from TJ

just found that one of my old reference guides has incorrect information.

The CORRECT rating for the production LSJ injectors is 4.3 gms/sec. The old
J car injectors are 4.9 gms/sec.

which would make them 34 lb/hr?

Im really interested in your stock injectors as this may be an option for 01-03 GT owners. We have the same injector plugs and the injectors sold in the GP community do not fit 01+ GP's and we need to get different injector clips. If priced right, this may be a worthy upgrade for those looking for bigger injectors.

Yes stock LSJ injectors are 34,2 lb/hr (360 cc/min), the connector is a Delphi Multec II type, as seen on the third picture of this page ...

thats ~230 shipped... i can get 42.5's for that. I was thinking about getting 2 sets of used cobalt injectors, if they work, get another set and sell the remaining 6 to another GT owner.
