Any 2.2's on Sportlines?

I want do do this to get rid of my horrible wheel gap but am afraid I will rub my 18's w/ sportlines. Two inch drop is optimum. No money for coilovers and I do realise that I will need new struts, Koni's! So if there are any 2.2's can you please tell me if you are rubbing, what tire size, and wheel gap. Thanks.

Got sportlines, running a 215/40/18, never had a problem with rubbing or with the factory struts, i have about 15K since installing them. No problems. I plan to run 225/40/18 when i need new tires.

19' Motegi ff7's with sportlines..225/35/19..I have no rubbing issues and I think it rides better than stock IMO..Handling is def alot better and there doesnt seem to be as much body roll..With 18's you should be just fine!
