Clutch Install Price

Does $680 sound about right? I have a transmission shop doing it and they quoted me that much to do it. I trust them becuase they did my Hondas tranny rebuild last year. Imma give them a call tomorrow to let them know.

Yep. Did their figure include shop supplies? That's the only reason mine went over $600.

My dealer wants $700 for a clutch install, and Amco who deals with transmissions says $550. Has anyone dealt with Amco before in MA, or know a better performance shop that can do clutch installs?

iirc, book time is 8.2 hours to replace the clutch and bleed the slave. based on typical shop rates, those prices seem about right. i know up here in canada were everything costs so much more, my shop would be around $750.

I did, some said 600, some said 700, these guys said 680. Reason why i went with AA Transmission is becuase they did my Honda Accord's Transmission last year and many more trannys on other people's cars. They are great heard many great things and the guys there know what they are doing and check up on the car every so often to make sure its still running as the day it left the shop.

Or they'll give your car back with a giant dent and curb rashed rims and tell you they'll only fix the body damage.
