Leaky doors or Quarter windows?

Has anyone ever had a problem with leaky doors or their quarter windows leaking? I didn;t open my passenger side door what-so-ever today and it's been raining all day long. I came out from work and got in my car to go home and there was a little bit of water on my p assenger floor matt and a little water on the door. Anyone ever have this happen, this a normal cobalt thing? Also one day about a month ago I was cleaning my interior and I noticed run spots coming down from my quarter window, but I think thats from when they tinted my windows, they didn;t wipe the solution off the bastards!

when he put the panel back together he forgot a piece and that caused it to leak
