OTTP comes through!
Long story short, recently I stripped my rear rotated lnf tranny mount and needed a new mount mailed asap in time for getting dynoed by Area47.
I have stage 1 powell mount with the rear spacer, but needed a new mount that week and didn't want to just throw in another stocker.
So Japeatr suggested I call Josh @ Ottp and see if he could ship me a rear mount.
I called Josh, he answered the first time and was very friendly/helpful. Josh hooked me up with a $20 first time buyer discount and shipped the Ottp rotated rear mount within minutes after hanging up the phone, in time to have it picked up with the rest of the mail for that monday afternoon.
I received my mount, spacers, and 10 stickers on wednesday.
I never bought anything from Ottp prior to this experience, but honestly always suggested other vendors over Ottp based on other "online stories" from bad experiences.
While I cannot speak on their behalf, I will say that I don't think I've ever received that kind of customer service since I've been modding my balt and definitely suggest OTTP regardless of what you have heard from other people.

Good to hear you had a pleasant business experience with him, I bought everything from him up until he screwed me over. Hopefully he's changed for the better now.

I would have to beg to differ. I placed 3 orders with OTTP;
1) #6500 on 17 June 2013
a) 2 1/2" Pacesetter Down Pipe w/ Cat & O2 Bung
b) GM 4 bolt hub 2.9" pulley
c) Clutch Alignment tool
2) #6508 on 24 June 2013
a) Stage 1 Heat Exchanger
3) #6534 on 2 July 2013
a) Stage 1 rotate trans mount (solid rubber bushing)
b) Throttle Body Spacer with 1/8npt port
I received orders 6508 and 6534 before I ever received anything from 6500. Only until I sent an email did I ever get any response on my first order. Someone replied saying they'd make it priority to get it made/sent out. No problems I said! Just happy to get my product.
In a week a box came in, I opened it and all that was in it from order number 6500 was my downpipe with cat and O2 bung. No pulley or clutch alignment tool.
I tried calling on 3 different days in a two weeks period (two times minimum on each day between 10am - 2pm Central Time - I left a message on the last time I called). I sent a text out and finally got a reply, they said they would look into it. Monday after the weekend (almost 3 weeks ago now) the person responding via text said that it was an error on their behalf that the pulley didn't ship an they'd send it out. No problem! But what about my clutch alignment tool? To which they replied "we'll see if there's any in stock". This is the last I heard of anyone in three weeks.
If anyone knows someone who works there, can they tell them to either send my two items or refund me. I tried contacting them discreetly to be the better person. No one's responded to me at all in the past couple of weeks, so I'm hoping someone will read this, have all my information and finally get someone to get their sh*t together over at OTTP.
I'm not out to scam anyone, I just want what I paid for, but four month wait on parts WTF! If they're not going to send the two items, at least refund me at don't be a dick ignoring me about it.

Well, I finally got my 2.9" pulley from OTTP. It seems as if he outsources the pulley from another person whom was the slacker.
My apologizes to OTTP, yet I still did not receive my Clutch Alignment tool. I'll just order one from ZZP with my next order. Either way, I got my part an moving on.
