New clutch kit and transmission

Alright so i did it, i decided to put a zfr turbo in my 2009 cobalt ss. Now my biggest worry is blowing the transmission or clutch. So my next big upgrade is gonna hve to one or the other. I've heard the exedy stage 3 clutch is a great clutch but is only capable to handle roughly around 360lbs/tq and i plan on taking my car well beyond that. I would prefer not to go anything more than a stage 3 clutch because it is my daily but i want the strength to handle the power. Also, i'm finding it difficult to find a good transmission if mine were to ever go out. Should i look at the f40 or just toughen up the f35. I want my car to be able to go long periods of time without breaking down. I understand it is a high powered car and it will but i would like to prevent it as much as possible. Anyone have any tips or ideas for clucth and flywheel combo's or transmissions. Thank you

Stay on stock trans. Spec clutch. But most importantly, don't drive it like you stole it.

Just put an OEM Clutch in or GMPP. That way your clutch blows up before the transmission does.

Don't go WOT Below 3500 RPM and boost ramp the ZFR. you will be fine.

and also tell ur tuner to tune down the torque a little, u don't need 480flbs of torque, u cant put it to the wheels anyway.
