I've known other cobalts that don't have that issue. I don't have anything tapped into that line that I know of, I also haven't added any gauges so it makes me wonder if something happened on the assembly line or the production of one of the main parts in the power window system

knowing GM, if something happened on the production line they are just going to push it through anyway...

I'd bet they switched suppliers mid build or had multiple supplier and one of the suppliers made the part to spec and the other supplier made it just below spec

Both of my windows are pretty slow, tbh. Driver's side is just barely quicker.

Thats how mine is too.

If i crank both up at the same time, the driver side wins by about an inch or 2....

This will fix your windows folks. I made my own kit using those exact diagrams besides using one power wire to both instead of two wires from the battery to the relays in the door. Passenger window is now faster than the drivers side even when using both at the same time.

The drivers side on my car isn't the quickest either. The windows in my Cruze go up 5x as fast lol
