They don't owe anyone any money.

It's their previous employee that took/used people's money and left the company. Therefor leaving people think it was TAG themselves who have it.

The ex-employee who took peoples money from here, started their own deal, and still have peoples money.

When they left TAG, they should of taken all the grief about this money with them, but instead, the ex-employee is still making money off of you guys, while TAG was left with a bad name.

In my eyes, that seems exceedingly unfair for TAG.

Why should TAG, as a company, have to dish out money to those who paid money to one of TAG's ex-employees, and used TAG's name to get it? When the person left TAG, they took all the money that was paid to them from this site. Further proving that TAG as a company weren't the ones with members' money, but someone who used TAG as a company to start their own Cobalt products, and is still selling them to you this day...

if what you say is true, then tag should be cooperating in trying to get the money back as well to clear up their name. which i have not seen

It is indeed true, and you do have a good point. But the fact of the matter is, from all this happening, it would take more work than it is almost worth to try and clear their name, because there are still going to be non-believers out there.

Tag and the ex-employee do not have a good standing with each other, and Tag could almost care less about the ex-employee.

From what I have seen in person, they have an immense amount of local customers, who continually keep coming back, and are exceedingly happy with the service, etc.

I am 110% sure that is you met them in person, your views and thoughts about Tag would not be so skewed.

And just to clarify, I am not an employee there. I am a customer, who is exceedingly happy with what I get from there. I know what happened word for word, from Tag AND the ex-employee. I have heard both stories, and know who is in the right here, and who isn't. Which is why I will defend Tag.
