MY Turbo Wax Results

In Fall, Turbo Wax hooked me up with a sweet detail package. I gave my Cobalt to my brother in January, and picked up a Volvo s60 T5. It was nice out yesterday, so I did some basic cleaning with a wash/wax.

Pictues taken with a simple Sony cybershot point and shoot. Link to high res: http://roclife.perception.cc/album98

Here are my Turbo Wax products, along with some random auxiliary items.

And the results

I honestly don't see what is so great about using this stuff over Meguiar's or Mothers wax, for instance. Especially when hand waxing and buffing, you can only do so much...

Just saying. I've always wanted to try it but can't justify spending the money on it.

Haha, the gas can was NOT used for this project.

I have before pictures. Nothing touched this car since I bought it in January except natural precipitation. It took absolutely no pressure to apply or remove wax. Everything worked great. It was washed with a "dirty" bucket, and a "clean bucket".

I have more pictures, I just posted the best. Here's my favorite "angle" pic

I completely understand you. I'm 23, and I haven't had a ton of experience with detailing, but I've tried to use good wax, like high end detail shops Meguiar's and Mothers, including synthetics, and pure Carnuba's. Nothing worked so effortlessly, and had such a nice result. I think my whole kit from Turbo wax cost me $60-70. I spent maybe $20 elsewhere on microfiber towels, the absober, and a wash mitt. I barely used any of the supplies.
I'm slowly gaining confidence, and I want to eventually take the plunge and buy a Porter Cable for some real work. However, I find it intimidating to try it out on a $45k car haha.

Please don't spend your money on our products ! If you are happy with your product line that's all it matters.

you can only do so much... "IF" you know what you're doing you can actually do a LOT, for starters protecting your investment is the first thing that comes to mind.
