Afternoon all. I've recently done a preliminary order of GoPro Motorsports HERO Wide camera kits. I'm hoping to get the initial/test units in this week and ofer the next while I hope to be able to review them.

I definitely plan to offer them for sale.

There is a stumbling block, in that all GoPro dealers sign a "minimum advertised price" contract with GoPro. As such, some companies have done some ninja coupon codes etc. to sell the cameras below this MAP, and only slightly above cost. Hopefully I can find a way to offer these cameras at a great price while still making it worthwhile.

Another hurdle is that I must order 12 at a time. So in future orders, I will have to order 12 $200 camera kits at once ($2400). Most likely when I do offer these, it will be done as a group buy to keep costs down for everyone, and to allow me to order them without selling my car first.

you should also look into getting just the camera as well, as for those of us that already have the GoPro motorsports package with all the accessories and such, there is no sense in us getting all that stuff all over again if we want to get a second or third camera to get differen't angles ya know.

I'm actually looking at scooping up one of those camera's. got some nasty vids to make this summer with the 2 cars.

 

I'm interested in these cameras as well.
