the fact that a tuned balt is only marginally slower than a gallardo would lead me to beleive that if the lambo stayed at his fender while he drove the **** out of his car than the lambo must have been trying to keep up... wait for the video and see i guess... but do you honestly think that someone driving a lambo who agrees to a race is gonna only try hard enough to barely lose when he could just punch it and embarrass the cobalt driver? sounds silly to me... but again wait for the vid to find out .. if the lambo was trying you'll hear the exhaust without a doubt.

i have 2 very rich friends, one of them has a gallardo, 911, range rover and 328 to himself... the other has a 350 whp(untuned) r32 skyline and tl type s 2007...

when the skyline raced the gallardo it lost by 3 cars to 130 mph from 50 mph...

btw, if the gallardo driver didnt think the cobalt was quick, and started in the wrong gear, that would explain him jumping out half a car and holding it to 130 mph...

yea i think we are talking about the same guy. I'm on the 370z forums and there is, i think, only 1 guy that has his Z fully modded with a tune and it cost me $5000 and only gained 50rwhp. Should have just bought the mods needed to go along with the twin turbo kit and then buy the TT kit. Thats what im doing...buying exhaust, clutch, maybe some engine internals if i can A. find them online and B. find someone to install them. And then ill buy the TT kit.


But like i said, the guy with the Z isnt that fast for the money he put into the car. But if he could beat the lambo and the cobalt could beat the lambo...something is telling me the guy in the lambo was just cruising along.
