lsj trans oil capacity and plug locations

can anybody tell me the oil capacity of the lsj trans. and where the fill and drain plugs are roughly located(havent look yet, very cold out...). as well does it have a level indicator of some sort? a window, dipstick or just a plug to remove and see if oil leaks out.
thanks
jeff

2 quarts when its bone dry. on the driver side of the trans you will see 2 torx style plugs, one on the top and one towards the bottom. the bottom is the drain obviously. fill the tranny until it barely overflows at the top. it will then drain down a little and you put the plug back in

and be sure to remove or at least loosen the fill plug before the drain plug. You never know, something could happen and you have an empty transmission and no way to fill it.
