My buddy has a 03 VW GTI with a gt28 turbo, built motor and a bunch of other stuff. (i can find out exactly if i find a tuner.) He bought the car off ebay and i think he needs a retune really bad, or at least needs the tune he has checked. It was tuned when he got it "suposedly" but it only runs barely 13's in the quarter, and prolly doesnt have over 330hp. thats just odd to me since its a gt28. If any Tuners or people who lnow about VW can chime in thatd be great!
