ordered december 3rd and paid same day with paypal which confirmed payment immediately...status of my order was "pending" for 10 days and finally today its changed to "payment recieved" so when are these lights coming?? next year??


i am a (satisfied) returning customer and i have referred many people to Vision Bulbs over the years...but rest assured that wont be happening anymore if this foolishness continues...furthermore i will never order from a company again unless there is a phone number listed on their webpage...no more of this email bullshit

 

could still be a paypal issue. i had paypal confirm a payment imediatly but the payment didnt clear for 7 or 8 days.

 

well regardless...it would be good business to email your clients back...

got an email today from vision bulbs

said they're not sure why the bulbs havent arrived yet but they will try and track it and if they cant figure out where they are they will ship another set first thing in the morning

 

I bet you either never got your bulbs.........OR you got them and there complete ****!
