can't get these damn drums off. anyone have experience or sound advice?

Are you replacing them or are you just doing the shoes? if you are going to replace them take a hammer (man sized LOL) and beat on it around the edges. Also make sure you do it when it is warm it makes it easier

got a rubber mallet and that didn't work i'm just gonna order new drums and beat these ******* straght off.

thats the only thing that you can do now. Dont forget to replace all the springs
