Chattery wipers

so my car ever since new the wipers chatter on the way up when its not raining hard. Its not the blades, must have replaced them a dozen times. Don't help. Only up. Anybody else got this?

Ok, so how do i get ride of it?

Is it the angle of the blade, over tension of the arms, what? Anybody get ride of it?

ive just dealt with it.. sometmes CLEANING the blade can help.. rubbing alcohol .. or a rubbing alcohol pad and the angle has a lot to do with it .. and also the way our windsheild is

If the blades are dry, they are gonna do that.

Mine always do it for the first 5-10 minutes.

Do you spray wax your car at the car wash,I think the wax in the carwash soap has something to do with it.
After the car wash clean the windsheild with windex to strip the wax off the glass and see if that helps.

Just a suggestion I really dont know for sure I just live with it or squirt the windsheild abit and it goes away.

Get some dish soap and wash your window and wiper blades... I had the same problem as well as smearing. Now my wipers wipe like new with NO NOISE!!!

Agree with this. Give 'em a minute, when they're completely soaked, they're fine

Not mine. If they are on an intermint setting they do it. I've replaced wipers, cleaned wipers, hell i cleaned the winshield with soap and a brillo pad. That made it better but it won't go away.

its just how our wipers are..
sometimes mine do it bad sometimes they dont do it at all and then other times they only do the streaky thing...

What kind of wipers are you using? I used to get chattering until I upgraded to the more expensive single-blade ones.

Buy some rain-x/window cleaner in a spray bottle its ******* awsome never have to use your wipers again
