Look for them on ebay. I see Cobalt headlights on there all the time

If I sold mine what I would put there in place? I don't think you will find them until there are some suitable aftermarket replacements and there isn't anything for the cobaltss yet..

 

^ ^ i don't think there will even be many aftermarket tails. There isn't much roomfor modification, they aren't that big and we need the reflectors to meet SAE and DOT specifications.

I think buying them form GM will be the only way to get them in the next 6-8 months.

 

I think it's too early in the Cobalt's life cycle to expect used headlights/taillights to be popping up regularly on eBay, online classifieds, etc. I think your best bet may be to go to www.gmpartsdirect.com and see if you can find them. If you do, they'll be new, but significantly cheaper than buying them through the dealer.

Totally not true........You will be amaze how much you can find....once a week on Ebay that involved any sort of cobalt parts.........Including a brand new Cobalt SS One time that was auction for 15,000 dollors, headlights around 40$ each, body kits, vertical doors, etc........CHEAP...!!

depending how much patiences you have, i`m pretty darn sure you will find the cheapest SET of taillights through Ebay.....KEYWORD, patience.........I`ll help out if i have time......

Probably for the base model cobalt which has different tail lights than the SS and LT

 

Ohh yea.........., Just the base, not SS.......Bahhh........It could still be useful though for those that would like to dress up the cobalt at least....heh........

ummm.... all coupe tail lights are the same. i the BASE cobalt COUPE has the same tail lights as the SS SC, and they have the same part #. the only different tail lights are on the SEDANS... ya know the one with four doors.
