is anybody using the spec stage 1 clutch from TTR?.....i need a clutch bad and im thinking about getting that one....

 

well i bought it and had it installed.....and i have to say it is nice....no chatter and it has a really tight engagement....i only have about 130miles on it right now so i havent done any wot engagement yet but it feels like it will take it well....

 

Good deal, SPEC is a good quality clutch you will be happy with it

 

dont get stage 1 just buck up and get stage 2Plus

 

Depends what your overall goals are, a basic intake and the stage 1 is fine, if you plan on going all out get a higher stage.

 

i plan on goin ***** out but my stock clutch took a **** and i couldnt afford 2+ at the time....also, ttr, any idea on why it makes a chattering sound when i let off the gas while it is in gear(jake braking)?.....it has been doing it since day 1......also, i have almost 500 miles on it and so i have been doing some beater runs with it and it holds like a dream

 

how much did you pay to get it installed if you dont mind

 

free dealer did it under warenty

 

well the dealership told me to kiss their ass so mine was $580....****** bastards

 

$580 is pretty average....my dealer told me $800......I said F this.

 

bump.....any idea on the rattleing sound then in neutral with the clutch out.....read above for details
