Multiple Tranny Problems

okay, first i'd like to admit that i drive the car sorta hard some times.. not full on racing or dumping the clutch or anything like that, but just quick accelerating the natural things we do with our SS/SC's.

anyway, i've noticed that my transmission clicks when i'm putting it into gear. clutch is to the floor and it makes the noise just as the gear is switched. its quiet, but i can hear it when the car is near a median or something for the sound to reflect off of.. secondly, when i put the car in reverse, it sounds like the gear is grinding, like i missed a gear. but, the car isnt even moving, and i've NEVER done anything crazy in the reverse gear. thirdly, i've noticed that it'll sometimes just pop out of gear.. I cant tell if something is causing it, it seems to happen randomly. and by pop out of gear, i mean literally.. the stick will jump from whatever gear i'm in to neutral.

does anyone have any ideas as to what the hell is going on here?

and is this something that could be covered by warranty?

well i could feel that clicking, when i put it into gear. I could also hear it too... ive noticed that since my test drive... doesn't bother me at all.... seems normal. but the popping out of gear thing... that should be checked out.

Have the popping out of gear looked at, that was a symptom when my linkage cable started to go.

Also check your gear oil. I had a dodge stealth that was doing that same exact thing and i found out that the tranny was cracked on the side and it was empty. Hopefully its just ur linkage like alleycat said tho.
