anyone know of any pricing of getting a new windshield? not from the dealership tho UGH, i heard it was like $300 (and that is not from the dealership) can anyone shed any light on this situation?

I am getting a new one next week due to a crack, but insurance is paying for it. Why would you have to pay out of pocket?

Getting mine replaced Fri Insurance is covering it but I'll still get a copy of the invoice so I'll let you know

I posted on this earlier, since I replace autoglass as a job. I listed the gm list price though, simply because the cars are so new, that unless you get a glass by a company like Pilkington, you may have problems with it. Normally I'd also recommend PPG, but here lately they've been having major issues with their production quality. If you guys don't mind my asking, whose doing the replacements? Here's the link.
