Until we get our hands on an SS we won't know for sure. It is functional for the LS's as they are now. Come on SS!!

Exactly, a hood isn't gonna do me much good without a car to put it on You have to get the hood painted to match at a body shop right?

 

Some of the Cobalt colors are new to 2005 so you may have to go to a pro-matching/mixing co. Akzo-Nobel can reproduce any color ever made and are the one's responsible for the paint going on my Chevelle.... I'm having them mix me a quart of 'arrival blue' so I can match a different spoiler and other trim pieces in the engine compartment when mine comes in

 

I like the hood, but dont want to buy it if it doesnt work.

I like how they have hood for 600$ and I found it on another site for 525. lol . Oh well I guess.
