if your talking rim they can fix curbrash to an extent. if your talking tire then no, any damage on the sidewall of a tire could cause a blowout...

more stock pirellis in the snow?

depends on the damage, rim repair can do some pretty cool things these days,
but it all depends if it still has structural integrity, and what exactly the damage is.

if its just a little curb rash, a shop who knows what their doing should be able to fix you up.

ive seen people fix curb rash themselves too.
its not to tough.

at dealer, an assload... a member, maybe 150 or so, if you can find someone selling just one.

i would just sand it down and repolish the surface.
