-1 Degree Fahrenheit = misfire on cylinder 2

So, It was bitter cold at the in-laws place tonight and my wife and I had to take separate cars due to scheduling. So I started my car up about 5 minutes before leaving and when I went back out to the car I had a solid check engine light not flashing. I checked with onstar and the only code they could pull was a misfire on cylinder 2. Should I be worried? When I got home it unplugged the PCM for a few minutes then tried again and the CEL was gone.

On a side note I hate driving with these summer tires in the cold and there was not any snow on the main streets but the neighborhoods suck with these summer tires.

I was trying to last this winter with the summer tires and I've recently given up. Getting my blizzak's on the 30th.
