2008 LNF Brake Pads Confused...

So I've read thread after thread about these damn brake pads and them being Ferodo HP1000 and having the words of that imprinted onto the actual metal part of the pad on the back but I had taken out my pads today and found no such thing so now I worry as my pads are getting slimmer and slimmer each day I need to change them and I can't tell if the part number 171-1012 fits just certain years with the Brembo calipers or all I am planning on tracking my car this year and need the pads either Yellow Stuff or the Ferodo HP1000 which are basically Ferodo DS2500.

I took the pads off and got the part number off of them and they have this as the part number. UP-8489-M which is like an auto parts place pad.

So my question is.

The part number everyone says the 2008-2010 LNF OEM pads are 171-1012 does this actually fit the 2008 LNF with Brembo calipers? And are they the OEM pads?

Because if not I will just buy the Yellow Stuff as they are cheaper anyway.

Any information in the right direction would help thanks!

Drag racing is fun but only if you have a really fast car. Look for autocross events near you. I enjoy it a lot more.
