Backfire quick question

Hi guys. I just got a 09 ss last weekend and was having some fun with it today and when i hit it in 1st gear and redlined it, but didnt bounce off the rev limiter, it popped rly loud twice. Is this normal to pop like that on a stock exhaust? lol. thx

Gurgles and pops are completely normal its just the amount of fuel in the exhaust that close to redline and it burns inside the exhaust hence the pop. just wait till you have an exhaust and no cat. Pops are a norm over 2000rpm. lol

I've noticed more popping on mine since getting tuned. God I love the turbo.
