Angry Cam Phaser Issue!!!

I have a question about my cam phaser. I had a CEL on and the code was P0013 I changed both the exhaust and intake solenoid to be on the safe side. Turned off battery and reset the system. When I turned it on CEL was gone but I have no reading on my intake or exhaust cam phaser reading on RPD. Been driving it for about a week still no CEL but I have no reading. I'm stumped as to how to fix it when it's not throwing any codes but clearly there is something wrong. Any ideas?

Your cam phasers are not what you replaced. You replaced the actuators which is what p0013 indicates. However that is a circuitry code. You need an actual data readers to look into the exhaust cam actuator. Watch freeze fame data, test voltage/resistance etc etc. If you replaced it you probably have an issue with the wiring somewhere.

Got similar problem. No data on RPD cam phaser angle. Somethimes after few minutes it's ok, not CEL or P0106 and no data for boost. After erase code also when don't got any code but no boost data I got boost data but with cam phaser angle nothing changing.
At the end of year I got CEL code for exhaust solenoid so I changed it. Everything starts to be fine till this time. Does intake solenoid not giving CEL?
It is some correlation with this two problems?

P0106 is with me for longer time when I'am thinking that I resolve it. It backs after few months. Changed MAP and TMAP sensor it's nothing changed. No boost data starts only when driving on full boost 176kpa (never got higher value) for longer time. When for short time all is fine. Mostly when got highway speeds and relasing fastly acceleration pedal. Checked for boost leak, changed clamps. Is it last thing that I need to check with this P0106 is BPV?

At this moment I am losing my mind with those problems.

In car GMS 1, ZZP exhaust, IC, Dejon intake, K&N Typhoon.

Still no boost data on wot full boost max 176kpa (never got higher value). But only for few seconds when I release acc pedal data comes back.

No P0106 after removing vaccum tank.

Cam phaser on RPD work. Self repaired.
