P0010 - CEL on and off

2009 ss/tc sedan
CEL popped up about a week ago, techtool scanned and got a P0010.

Every few engine cycles, the CEL goes away, and comes back on after about 15 minutes of driving. Anyone else having/had this problem?

I can't replace the part untill friday. Will it cause more issues if I keep running her?
(its muh DD)

Many Thanks

According to google, you need to replace your cam actuator solonoid thingys. The two cylinder like things next to the #1 coil pack.

Sounds like you have a wiring issue with the intake cam actuator harness. Check the wiring right up near the actuator for any weak points where it might have separated. The other possibility is that the actuator is dying. You're running 5w30 synthetic oil right?

The wiring looks fine, nothing exposed. Just going to replace both C.A.P.S.

That code is only for the intake one. You don't need to replace the exhaust one. I had the same thing with mine and replaced just the one, that was a year or so ago. Still good.
