Does aftermarket charge piping void the gm warranty?

It shouldn't unless your dealer is wicked strict and feels like being dicks.

If you're intercooler cracks or something, they might blame it on the cp's.

To be completely sure, you can always ask the warranties person at your dealership.

It shouldnt. Ive brought my car in countless times and they never pointed a finger at it and said this is the culprit to why your tires were wearing unevenly! lol. even when I had a boost leak they knew it wasnt the charge pipe.

Pummy ..... maybe next time before you post 5-6 new threads ....... you could bundle a few questions into one thread. You almost look like a spam bot when looking at the first page in this section lol.

Intercooler piping that uses shorter couplers increases the stress on the end tanks of the intercooler. IMO, it's valid if they deny a warranty claim on a cracked intercooler.

If it causes a failure and they can prove it they won't warranty it. It doesn't void the entire warranty just the part that failed because of what you did.

It really shouldnt unless the dealer wants to be real stupid about it.

On a sidenote, due to Pedders being used on some GM vehicles now and GM having a contract with Pedders, you can now buy their coilovers and still be covered under full GM warranty til 100k LOL

I was looking at Pedders site and was wondering if they sell the springs individually ? It's a weird ordering setup ..... wonder why they dont just do it by the set for the Cobalt.

Eh, just get them from TurboTech, MPx or OTTP amongst others that will sell you the full set. Thier website I think, like you said, is a bit confusing and not always up to date or model specific.
