This PIc is SEX! I love that combo . As far going from SS to SS ....baaaa who cares . If you love these cars and have the means to make a change ...more power to you . I went from an SS/SC to SS/TC because i love these little cars .... that and there isn't much else that GM offered at the time (early 2009) that I wanted (G8 GXP 6 speeds were no existent and almost 40K ) .

 

i have been wanting to powdercoat my stock wheels gold, this is a little more encouragement now

I got a blk 09 SS/TC cause I needed a cheap on gas dd and it was fun. I got black which was my last choice for a dd car. Love the red a lot more although I wanted silver for obvious reason like hiding the daily wear and tear. I have a trailblazer with the red tintcoat and have to say it.is.a great color but try not.to.ever scratch it that 3stage paint is a pita to blend compared to normal black, white, and any other basecoat / clearcoat paints. But I would have defiantly got.that red to match my trailblazer if I could but the only other one for.sale when I got mine a few weeks ago was black. Only have a K&N and hid's for not plan to some exhaust but not quite as much as you since mine.is.just a daily toy and my Trans Am is.where my modding money goes. Also mine was a cpo car so I have to be careful not to void the warranty. I like the good wheels and they sell a rattle can clear made for.rims at most auto parts store made by duplicolor and I used it with some silver to freshmen up the pony wheels on my 5.0 it will give you the gloss you want use 1 mist coat to get it.tacky and 2 wet coats.for gloss it is very durable took 4 yrs before I had to redo them.
