Cobalt SS TRUE weight
I've currently got back seats+back seat bar, spare+jack+trunk mounting hardware, rear trunk carpet, and passenger seat all removed. I wonder what I'm at.
It sure drives different. Boost builds up a bit later (1120 vs 1050 or so), but it sure hauls on stock or tuned modes. I'm still making 22-23psi, so I may have the weight sweetspot I'm hoping between weight and engine load for the turbo.

Yeah, the bottom cushion of the backs is mainly foam. The back cushions of them have a little more substance to them.
When you take them out, take out the tie-bar for them too. It's got a marginal amount of weight to it too and you're not needing it anyway after the seats are out.
If you're really **** and don't plan on having passengers anytime soon, the front passenger seat's got some good weight to it, so some good savings can be had there. Make sure to disconnect the electrical connection to it (the wire to the passenger air bag sensor) before pulling it out of the car.

I don't have a CF hood, but my passenger seat is out, so maybe that equals out. I also have no rear truck carpet and have been keeping it at half a tank or less.
That or maybe the scale you used was not calibrated right
